Sincerely, I don't care about those small advantages. Barring tracking errors, the PS3 and the 360 are tied in sales lately, period. The most important thing will be the weekly boosts in December.
Talking about absolute sales (i.e. not percentage-wise), it looks like 360 will get a bigger boost than the PS3 in USA, and the PS3 will get the bigger boost in Europe, so it's basically a "battle" between Europe and USA. I think USA sales will be higher. Japan doesn't get such big boosts but they'll obviously favor the PS3, which might balance things out a bit. It will be interesting to see how things go!
PS: BTW, does anyone still think that Nintendo isn't releasing Wii stockpiles? Even if sales didn't increase any more, and without counting Japanese sales, in the remaining 4 weeks the Wii would sell 2.3 million for a total of 17.78 million.
