i just downloaded kasumis stolen memory and overlord couple days ago...kasumis stolen memory was awesome....bout to give the overlord a go.

also question are the other dlc worth it to buy? equalizer, aegis, and firepower pack?

All of those are item packs. The weapons apparently change things a good bit from time to time, but unless you care about armor bonuses most of them probably aren't worth it. The Firepower pack is supposed to be really nice, but it depends on how seriously you take your weapon selection.

Watching my wife play through, I'm reminded that the game hhas a few moments of unmitigated power.

I just got my last 2 achievements for it the other day. 1 of which was the Insanity one. 100%, yay! (at least until the new dlc comes out) Once you get all your upgrades and stuff again, Insanity isn't so bad.

havent finished it yet but te overlord dlc so far is outstanding!....seriously mass effect 2>>>>pussy....well not really but it damn sure is close as a game could get!

I just picked it up this weekend at Gamestop for $29.99 new.  I was hesistant to purchase this due to the fact I really had a hard time getting into the first one and I didn't care for Dragon Age at all.  So I was going to pass this up.  After the first 20 minutes of the game all my doubts had ended.  This should take up the majority of my gaming time until Reach comes out.  I can't wait to dive back into it tonight!

Yeah actually I bought the new Firepower pack. Its pretty awesome though I have to admit the Heavy Assualt rifle has actually overshadowed the Geth Shotgun for me since Im playing now as a Soldier. But I can tell you the geth shotgun is a charge-up type weapon. The new Heavy Pistol is also amazing to use since its stronger and has better aim then the heavy pistol you get on Omega. And Im having a hard time which AR I think is better. The Mattock 96c or the Revanent

Dear God. If the Mattok compares favorably to the Revenant, it must be Hell on Earth.

It is. Especially for earlier on in the game. However I have to ask/warn you. The Mattok doesn't have a full auto mode and shoots like the vindicator. I know the feelings on the Vindicator are mixed but if you like it you'll love the Mattok.
