Wild Arms 5 publisher XSEED Games has said in a Twitter response to myself that they “would love to” localize Namco Bandai’s so-far Japanese-only Tales games “given the chance”. However, “it’s not up to [them]” to decide.

Recently, Namco Bandai’s announced two new Tales games for PlayStation 3. Vesperia for PS3 is still missing in action, as well, although a voice actor for the game did confirm they went in for the PS3 version. Namco, unless you’re planning on releasing these yourselves, we suggest you call up XSEED.

I don't think it's such a big deal either. It's possible to play it in English on the 360 so. You won't get the extra content but atleast you can play it.

Tales of Graces and the DS games on the other hand...

I really don't see why it's so hard for Namco to bring tales games to west.. If they want to do it with minimal effort they could just add english subs to the games and print some copies and sell them in america/EU. Like Sega did with Yakuza 3. Why in the hell that is so hard?

I hope some publisher can bring these games over to the rest of the world so BN can get their head out of their ass and see the tales series isn't dead!
