So whats your guys theories on why Noble 6 is holding those dog tags in the one scene?  It seems the two big theories are 

1.  He's holding the dog tags of other members of Noble team who have died.

2.  He's holding his own dog tags and is about to go AWOL.  On perhaps a last suicide mission on his own to try to stop the Covenant.  There is some support for this theory because Noble 6 is described as being a "Lone Wolf" who like to go do things solo.  Maybe some members of Noble Team at this point have already died and he doesn't want any more of them to fall in combat? 

Either way I sense a very emotional campaign with either all or most of Noble Team dying in heroic fashion.

pre-ordered my copy a couple of weeks ago!

HOLY SHIT!!! while typing this the commercial came up on my T.V.(watchin smackdown)

Anyways Looks Great, Havent been hyped for Halo in such a long time, it brings back great memories

Haha I pretty much do :P

But I just haven't gotten around to pre-ordering it.....i'll do it when I get my paycheck probably.

I've never been a huge Halo fan (or any FPS for that matter), but I am absolutely pumped about this game.

WARNING POSSIBLE SPOILERS BELOW: DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK IT.

 

 

also another thing that I noticed, during the one scene where it shows Noble 6 bent down over something shooting his pistol up at a Phantom in desperation you can see Kat's chest piece slightly underneath him like she's laying down....

Perhaps Noble 6 making a desperate attempt to save Kat while she's dying or wounded?  Why else would she be laying down and he be shooting a pistol at a Phantom? Obviously it would do little damage and seems more like an angry / revenge loss of emotion to me.
