Global free trade agreements only prosper developing nations and big corporations. Lower skilled workers in developed nations are worse off under Global free trade agreement, outsourcing of jobs overseas results in higher unemployment rates in developed nations.

Unemployment rates in developed nations are seriously under tracked by corrupt governments who allow Big businesses to  rip off the little guy in the western world.

More jobs will go overseas as Big Corporations, governments and banks use the GFC and recessions to send more jobs overseas at the expense of workers in developed nations. Your 'secure' job could be next on the chopping block.

You may argue that the worker may have to find another job. But what if the worker has been doing that job for 20 years and was retrenched at the age of 40? Doing training and education may well be too expensive and he/she would be reliant upon the welfare system or left high and dry.

What are your thoughts on Global Free Trade Agreements?
