Woo! last place last year!, it's a shame PS3 did not sell 9 million, lets see if I can defend my title.

For PS3: 3.1 million

360: 3.5 million (hoping Natal and price cut maintain)

Wii: 6.2 million, Wii tends to do very well during the holidays, but without the recent price cut it could be a lot lower this year.

Wii:

USA - 2,100,000 / Others - 2,300,000 / Japan - 500,000

Total - 4,900,000

PS3:

USA - 1,200,000 / Others - 1,600,000 / Japan - 600,000

Total - 3,400,000

X360:

USA - 2,000,000 / Others and Japan - 1,500,000 /

Total - 3,500,000

I can't stand that name!(maybe it will grow on me). I adjusted my Wii prediction down quite a bit after looking at the effect of the price cut last year, and even so it could be too high, but I will remain optimistic!

Here are my predictions:

Wii

US: 2.8m

Others: 2.1m

UK: 450k

Japan: 900k

Total: 6.25m

 

Xbox 360

US: 2.0m

Others: 1.3m

UK: 500k

Japan: 40k

Total: 3.54m

 

Playstation 3

US: 1.2m

Others: 1.6m

UK: 300k

Japan: 800k

Total: 3.9m

 

This is because I think Nintendo will do something to improve its sales: a price cut with some bundles, which would be a great gift with a relatively low price. Without that there's even the possibility Xbox and PS3 sales are neck to neck with Wii.
