Forums - Nintendo - SM Galaxy Freakin' Bouldergeist

When you first fight him, before he has hands, just keep on the move. His projectiles are too slow to hit you if you just keep running in the same direction. Once he throws out some black rocks, grab the ghosts and give him a bash. It's when he has hands that things get tricky. You can approach this in a couple of ways:

1. Work on his hands first before taking out the head. This strategy is probably easier, although it takes a bit longer. Just do what you did before, only watch the ground for the shadow that gives away the spikes. Once he drops some black rocks, take out his hands then go after the head.

2. Use the pointer. What you do here is to close in. Whenever he tries to gather rocks, shoot them first with some starbits. Keep an eye out for his fists and for his spike attack, both of which are telegraphed if you look closely. Once shoot a black rock, if you're next to him you shuld be in the perfect position to nail the head.

Also, don't watch your health bar. If you keep worrying about getting hit, you're not worrying about dodging or hitting him back, and that'll get you killed. Just stayed focused and teach what a pudgy Italian plumber is really capable of.

Lol this was really easy for me. Did it first try no problem. Maybe this means I'm really good. Or that you all stink!

Bet with OriGin: Within 1 year Super Smash Bros. Brawl will be ahead of Mario Kart Wii (when aligning the one whole year from each region). 2 week ban from Vgchartz for the loser. Edit: Darn! Looks like OriGin will win.

Anything involving purple coins and automatic moving platoforms = SO MAD NOW!

I've only got 6 more stars left in the game and Bouldergeist Daredevil is one of em...

It's literally impossible.

I had more trouble with the big magikoopa's underground ship's daredevil round. Bouldergeist's attacks are easy to avoid. Jumping into a ship's bird next and dispatching two magikoopa's and one boss throwing fireballs at you is harder.

Um i killed him on my first try if u keep towards the middle of him and move when he is about to attack your be fine and keep swinging.

"Like you know"

Took me about 20 tries haha.

Impossible?  Literally impossible???  For the love everything, you know it isn't. Can you please stop with the horribly unjustified hyperbola?

I swear, I've seen you call this and Zelda:ALttP impossible.  I beat Zelda:ALttP when I was 8.  %$#%@#$ It sounds like you beat the non-daredevil run yourself.  Are you really so unimaginative that you don't think its possible to beat it without talking a hit?  I doubt it, so please stop it with your ridiculous hyperbola.

I've posted my own strategy and LG[Infinite] has as well.  Do you take great joy in ignoring our posts while solipsistically acting as though your experience is the only one that matters?  When, praise the Lord, you finally beat the mission will the whole world have changed around you rather than you having simplly actualized a pre-existing possibility?  Here's a hint:

I'm all for intillegent discussion even and especially with those whose view points and experiences differ from my own, but you're not contributing to that.

Whoa, simmer down. It could be a figure of speech, or a simple overexaggeration.
