Crash Time 4 is coming to 360 and PC near you end of 2010. It has an open world concept and seems to have a great engine for an open world game. It is a racer like Paradise open world racing. Take a look.

So the game is being released on the PC as well yet you decide it should be put in the Microsoft forum? The forum that is for:

"Xbox / 360, Halo, XBL, Live Arcade - keep it all in here!"

I do not see anything there saying PC. There is a place for PC games too y'know:

Though it is multiplatform so it really should go here:
