I live in Canada and it seems that the wii is impossible to find, i have looked high and low for over two weeks now for one and can't find a single wii anywhere. Will this lead to the wii being destroyed in sales this christmas by the 360/PS3. There is less then 4weeks until christmas and i don't think consumers will be holding out forever to find a wii and they will buy a 360/PS3.

Do you guys think that the wii will suffer for just the short term or the long term due to no wii's being available, MS and Sony are really going to cash out this christmas because Nintendo can not meet demand.

First off the Wii is so popular that when they get a new shipment of Wii's in store they are all sold out. Yes there is more demand then supply, but people still wait till they can find one. Second parents like the Wii more then any other console to get there kids bc of all the serty features you can put on it and how safe it is.

If the Wii continues to be sold out, than there is little chance of it being "destroyed" by the Xbox 360, and Playstation 3.
