Remember Sony has 15 million PS3 to sell  until March 2011.

I would put the likelihood of this happening at 15%, in a large part because all three console manufacturers will be putting increasing resources towards their next generation consoles; and losing money on current hardware will put Sony’s gaming division in a difficult position.
