I actually thought ME2's ending was better than ME1's, the ship jumping was epic! I thought Prey's ending was good because that game was stupidly long and I felt I achieved something. Fable 2's was epic fail with pushing the guy off during his rant lol.

Uncharted 2: Fighting in the collapsing building

Call of Duty 4: The nuke going off and the aftermath

Mass Effect 1 & 2: The segments mentioned in the OP

Dragon Age: Origins: The final battles in Denerim

Half-Life 2: Ep2: The ending

FFXIII: Cut scene upon entering Gran Pulse

MGS4: ending. Really only works if you've followed the series fully though.

Uncharted 2: fighting in the collapsing building and the whole entire train level

God of War III: fighting hercules, Poseidon, & Hades

Killzone 3: Train level, Radec fight

No More Heroes: secret ending battle

Mass Effect: Saren fight

Gear of War 2: can't remember specific parts, but the game was epic

Heavy Rain: madison paige fight with the crazed doctor, every shelby fight(including the gun battle) all of ethan's trials

Red Dead Redemption: the ending, and all the going after ex-friends battles

My favorite moments are almost all related to all the fun I have had playing with my friends, family, GF and her daughter.Riding Yoshi in SMG 2 was fun as hell. There was one recent game announcement that made me very happy as soon as the music started.
