The best community on the PS3 is MAG IMO. Anyone with a mic will help you out in a way(i.e spot people, give out orders you probably won't follow, and all that stuff.) I'd say something about BC2, but no one has a mic except ppl on Vgchartz.

Was just about to say that, I haven't played MAG in some time now, but back in the day it was all old and mature guys, trying to play teamwork even though they didn't know each other. The best ofcourse was our nations team which kicked ass but anyway...

MY HYPE LIST: 1) Gran Turismo 5; 2) Civilization V; 3) Starcraft II; 4) The Last Guardian; 5) Metal Gear Solid: Rising

Uncharted 2 has a pretty decent community.

No it doesn't, Plunder is full full of people who are there for kills and nothing else and don't play the mode properly, lag switch use is fairly common and then you get people who just pick Situational Awareness (its pretty much a see through wall hack for those who are wondering) and camp.

Is that an in-game glitch or another hack?

I'm sure this has been said, but don't have time to read the entire thread to check, but clearly the issue is all online gaming communities have the same problems.  If you feel PSN is worse then I'm afraid you've just had more bad luck on PSN.  I know friends who have been driven mad by Live but had relatively few problems on PSN and vice versa - and of course online on PC is just the same.

It would seem that, where online gaming is concerned, jerks, hackers, morons and offensive idiots abound.  No wonder muting, banning, etc. came into existing as quickly as it did or online gaming would never have succeeded.

The only realy respite is playing with known friends, as started with LAN parties on PC then moved to the use of actual friend mechanisms on Live, PSN, etc.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
