For me..

Anything on  the PS2, Xbox, and 360 as I missed out on those consoles.

*The two exceptions to this were:

1.  I played Halo a few times at a friends house

2.  I played Jak and Daxter 2 while on vacation at my wife's aunt's house.

Super Mario 64, despite following the big "N" through the years, I have never had the chance to play this game.  I would buy it on the VC, but I have Vista, and to my knowlege can not connect my Wii to the VC on account of that.

 Anything on the handheld market as I have never owned a handheld system.

Majora's Mask, I played it for a bit, but couldn't find any of those kids in the very beginning.  I had just bought a cube at the time.  Majora's Mask was in the Zelda bonus disk.  I got frustrated with the game, and moved on to other things (Smash Brothers Melee!!!!!)

Star Ocean,  picked it up for the PS1, but never played it.

Fire Emblem, might try this for wii when price is right.

 

grand turismo-never really liked driving games

MGS-never liked stealth games

Splinter cell- see above

I only played Gran Turismo 3 at a kiosk and didnt like the realism.
Never played Star ocean
Played Onimusha for about 30 min.
Played Devil May Cry for about 30 min.
Missed all games on Game Cube
Missed most games on N64

Xbox games just "fit" my type of games the best.

Kingdom Hearts - Just didn't play it.

Metal Gear Solid - Don't like stealth games.

Splinter Cell - same^ 

Okami - Dosent interest me.

Gran Tourismo - Don't see the buzz in most racing games, especially ones that don't really stand out or have anything differentiating themselves.


That's pretty much it...

Gears of War - The blood and gore level would really be too much for my dad, he's just going to get pissed off every time he's going to look at the TV screen (I don't care at all though). Not being able to play on an HDTV = just too cruel man...!;

Okami - Seriously, I don't know why I haven't played it yet. I was probably too poor at the time... I guess it's another reason to go buy it for my Wii next year! =P

I'll edit this post once I can think of another game or franchise.
