Blizzard wouldn't see a reason to do that.
A starcraft MMO though...
The thing about WoW is that over half of the subscribers are guys in China playing for a few cents per hour. It's not making quite as money as you'd think, but still veryvery much.

I'm absolutely sure they have. Blizzard has publicly stated that they have absolutely no interest in doing so.
