* You will feel like a zombie at this point though.

I've found activity for my whole body (and not just my fingers!) helps. Means getting up from the computer from time to time so you'll have to deal with that. I have found that when I sit at my computer more and am outside less I tend to need less sleep. This website offers some great tips on how to sleep well. Think I will try the hot bath one...

I've also noticed my hair is getting thinner and am wondering if anybody else is noticing the same. I am not that old and my dad still has a full head of hair. I am wondering if it has anything to do with long hours of gaming? I found a website with a variety of videos on thinning hair that has been very helpful and thought I would share.

Would love to know if this hair problem is computer related though. Not sure what I'll do if it is...

Hair loss usually follows the female line of the family. Does you mum's family have a history of hair loss?

Hairloss can be associated with a lot of things, both physical and psychological. Stress, diet and hereditary issues are the most likely causes, i'm not aware of gaming causing hair loss, unless you are neglecting your health by gaming too much!

Eat well/healthily, get fresh air, sunlight and exercise.

its been confirmed today that GT5 has a weather system, track editor and go karts! seriously i think this is going to be the best selling in the series even beating GT3 sales of 14 million plus!

I think you need to be more active (if you aren't) because playing games all day just stores your energy!

Before I go to sleep, I always work out, which helps me sleep.

Must be hard for you if you are only 17, one of my friends who is 24 is already bold on the top of his head. That's a real nightmare scenario for me. Thankfully I haven't got any hair loss yet. Hair loss also has to do with having to much testosterone and if you do not have enough vitamin D, so get in the sun light from time to time.

I had problems falling asleep for 2-3 years in college, because I totally killed off my sleeping pattern - nobody to tell me when to go to bed, nobody to make me get up in the morning if there were no morning classes. So during those years I slept anywhere from 2 to 11 hours per night, which made any biological clocks explode.

Took a while to go back to normal, but eventually managed to. And yeah, sex can work wonders in that aspect.
