I've found activity for my whole body (and not just my fingers!) helps. Means getting up from the computer from time to time so you'll have to deal with that. I have found that when I sit at my computer more and am outside less I tend to need less sleep. This website offers some great tips on how to sleep well. Think I will try the hot bath one...
I've also noticed my hair is getting thinner and am wondering if anybody else is noticing the same. I am not that old and my dad still has a full head of hair. I am wondering if it has anything to do with long hours of gaming? I found a website with a variety of videos on thinning hair that has been very helpful and thought I would share.
Would love to know if this hair problem is computer related though. Not sure what I'll do if it is...

Hair loss usually follows the female line of the family. Does you mum's family have a history of hair loss?
Hairloss can be associated with a lot of things, both physical and psychological. Stress, diet and hereditary issues are the most likely causes, i'm not aware of gaming causing hair loss, unless you are neglecting your health by gaming too much!
Eat well/healthily, get fresh air, sunlight and exercise.
