Forums - Sony - Lets Judge Ape Escape Move by one second of gameplay :-D

Sony has released a Japanese Move Trailer with one second of Ape Escape Gameplay, that is bound to be enough to make up our minds, isn't it?

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

cool :D

Looks like a disaster. The focus is totally on graphics, and the charm of the series is completely gone. Furthermore, the gameplay is horrid with the motion controls feeling both tacked on and very loose. This franchise is now dead to me. 2/10.

That chick is a Dreamcast fan.

lol this was already posted in the official move thread, i don't think it is ape escape 4, but the other ape escape game they are making maybe, anyway we shall see all in the future...

it starts at 2:40

I've been thinking of a motion controller enhanced ape escape ever since the wii came out but i thought it could never happen because its a sony ip. If this is a normal adventure game im definately getting move. It looks like its a minigame collection or like a DQ swords title from that 1 sec though.

Sony is very good at adapting the advertisements to each country.

First person?!?  Did my eyes deceive me?

It looks like a shovelware Ape Escape if you ask me, like a minigame type of game.

But engrish is always mildly fun, but this ad just made me laugh hard! Pray-stashion!

BTW... the full price (without the gun, obviously) is 12420 yen.

Is that expensive? How much is a PS3 there?

It looks like another Ape Esccape party game.  They've had one for both the ps2 and psp, I believe.

Hopefully it's just one of the two games they're working on.
