i'll get into the shop channel as soon as this Error gets fixed (Error Code 32022) , which stops me from updating it , i hope its not a fatal error, but its not a hardware one because i am playing Castlevania Judgement with no issues.

That means it's down for maintenance: they're probably updating it now. Try again in a bit. If it persists, try re-accepting the terms and conditions.
