ok guys, i have a stupid problem with lbp. I signed up to psn+ and have downloaded all the games and demo's I wanted, but the lbp game gets stuck at 60% and won't budge after that. I deleted cancelled the download and started it over, but that hasnt helped either. anyone know how to solve this problem?

yup 2nd one is at 60% as well. everything else downloads fine. but when this download hits 60%, not only does it stop downloading but it also makes the ps3 freeze every few mins or blank out. i think i will cancel the download until i get a proper solution. not willing to kill the ps3 over a £12 game :s
Maybe it's a issue on $ony end, just wait a few day and try again or restart you modem/router sometimes that helps I had a similar problem a few months ago but when I restarted my router it fixed it.

just let sony know via complaint and hopefully they will sort it out, i was thinking you may have used up your download limit, but that is not applicable because the second one got to the same amount percentage wise.
do you have a phat ps3 by any chance, if so give it a good clean and hoover just to be safe

I was having problems with the PSN and Xbox Live for a few days last week. I couldn't sign in to the PSN and Xbox Live wouldn't let me browse the marketplace. When I actually bought Little Big Planet (coincidentally, this was last week), it took about 4 hours for all of the updates to download and install!! Everything is back to normal, now.
I say give LBP one more shot (the demo IS pretty impressive). Set it to background download and forget about it. Even if it snags, it should resume. Unless your PS3 gives you a message saying that there was a download error, don't delete the data. Eventually, you will be playing with your sack.....err, I mean boy. I mean Sack boy!
