Forums - General - Royal Mail Envelopes- Do I Need a Stamp?

This is probably an extremely stupid question, since I've been looking on Royal Mail's website for half an hour, and I can't seem to find it anywhere. I googled it, and nobody seems to have even thought about it.

I've never sent anything using Royal Mail's bubble envelopes before (the ones you can buy at the post office), and as you know, Naughty Bear is pretty awful, so I'm trading it in. I got the best price from something called CeX, and I have to send it to them. So, there's the background to the situation.

Royal Mail sells horrifically overpriced bubble envelopes (enveloped with bubble wrap)- £1 for what would cost me perhaps 20p off Amazon (granted, in bulk).

It seems extremely likely that I do have to put a stamp on the thing, but:

a) There's no stamp square.

b) I don't want to pay double, so I want to be certain.

By the way, if it wasn't clear, this is UK Royal Mail, not any other Royal Mail anywhere.
