Although Nintendo gave their upcoming handheld system, the 3DS, a grand unveiling at E3 2010, they did left out several important details. One of the most important of which is how much the games will costs. An online retailer may already know the answer. 

Amazon (via NeoGAF) has several Nintendo 3DS games, including Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3DS, listed for at the $34.99 price point. In comparison, most new Nintendo DS and PSP games retail from $29.99 to $39.99.

The Nintendo 3DS will launch before the end of March 2011.

That would be great if the price stayed pretty much the same as regular DS games.

That would be some neat console disruption there, console-quality experiences at sub prices

Though that frame of mind did nothing to help PSP at all, so who knows

in the range of what nintendo and other third partys usually charge for a ds game. plus over time the third parties drop the msrp of the title by $10-15 dollars so im quite happy its sticking close with the ds pricing system

Probably be a 35-40 price point.

If the system is $225 (my guess) to $250 (others' guesses) and games are $35 to $40, it will dominate.

And if Nintendo creates user DL accounts ... 8*>

lol PSP games launched at 59.99CDN. That is full game price, today games launch around 39.99$-49.99$ thats still far more expensive then DS. I will freak if the 3DS games do retail that cheap as visually and budget wise I assume they are pretty close to the Wii. If their games are only 39.99$ that will be amazing!
