I don't now how long you've been on vgchartz but this thread is the first thread in months about the rating system, so I don't see any problem with it. And if you have why bother looking at it?

I would agree, maybe instead of the users voting for the results that maybe we could do an average of what the review sites had to say.

It is quite obvious that more people are voting for Nintendo console games that any other company.

I think its fine the way it is, the games that deserve it are on the top where they belong.

True, but then again, there are a lot of games getting unjust scores. Example:

Starcraft: 7.28

Okami: 7.45

Mario Party 8: 7.60 (used to be over 8)

And besides, Resident Evil 4 Wii don't deserve to be at #11. It's a port.

Just some examples.

ONLY let people rate if the game in question is ON the console they put in their "I OWN" list in their profile...
