Since when has this become a US vs the World thread? Also, do you know some european countries have higher GDP per capita than the US? And that Europe's GDP is higher than the US GDP? Probably that's too much for you.

Has nothing to do with education system. And why are so shocked about this? It's a pretty well-known fact countries such as Luxembourg and Norway are "richer" than the US. The US had massive ammounts of debt, didn't you know that?

I also wouldn't take this world cup as a display of Football skill. It's been severely lacking.

This cup isn't going to convert many Yanks into liking it.
