I am disappointed. A full day without these fools destroying anyone…pathetic. There is no place for pity in this world.  Kill or be killed. Humanity is what held them back. Today they refuse to take a life but I assure them that there are others who would gladly take it for them.

Well, I'm not hatmoza but personally I would classify that as "helpful but not absolutely necessary".  If you don't, he may be waiting for you to do so for a while, possibly delaying the start of day if other people have reported in. 

OTOH if you have a role that only gets a couple of shots at your action, he'll probably just assume that if you haven't told him by the time the regulars are done PMing him then you don't want to do anything.  If this is your role type then you should still ask him but I don't expect silence would be a problem.

Ibuki was found dead this morning. From the looks of the way she was killed, it’s obvious that she suffered before giving up her final breath.
