When Sonic 4 was unvieled I was pretty excited though I decided I wouldn't buy it due to it being an episodic game. However I have been watching the project closely and am tempted to download it upon arrival. Then Nintendo Power unvieled Sonic Colours to the world and I freaked. I pretty much decided I'd rather purchase Colours then Sonic 4.

I vote for Sonic Colors. But just because I am one of the few, who prefer the 3D Sonics over the 2D ones.

Does one of them feature a Chao Garden? Chaos were always one of the best parts of the Dreamcast Sonic games. I really wished they'd bring them back...

That's some terrible camera work on the Sonic 4 video.

I have to say Sonic 4.  Colors looks great, but I haven't really enjoyed 3D Sonic since the Adventure games.

The gameplay is quite different. Choose the one you're more comfortable with. If nothing else, exclusives usually get more attention through development than multiplatform titles.

For some reason i love how sonic moves in colors , and those special powers, plus the 2d fast paced gameplay makes me pick it as my first sonic choise but in the end i will play both of it...

Sonic Colors looks more interesting.   This is also coming from a person that doesn't own any Sonic games.
