Hmmm! Daniel Licht may actually be a reasonably good replacement for the irreplaceable Akira Yamaoka.

Hmm, i guess Shattered Memories didnt sell enough to make producing another Wii/PS2 Silent Hill worth it? To be fair, Silent hill as a franchise has been on the low side of sales across all platforms. Nevertheless, im interested as to how this turns out, i really enjoyed Shattered Memories.
Damn it, don't they know that Silent Hill has been dead since Silent Hill 4, and even that was the worst of the "real" SH games.
Woot!!!!!!! SILENT HILL. The flashlight will work on move. WOW! DAMN! DAMN! DAMMIT!!

I don't think sm sales would have effected this game as it has probably been in development since well before shattered memories came out.

Silent hill 1 and 2 sold pretty well if I am not mistaken. The problem: people consider SH2 the peak of the series.
Meh. The series hasn't been the same since the original team disbanded. It just lost it's appeal for me after 4. They really need to get Team Silent back together and give us a proper "next gen" Silent Hill. One that's actually freaky and has a very cryptic back story.
