Microsoft’s Kinect games will be cheaper than traditional Xbox 360 titles, according to a highly placed retail source.

Earlier today Kinect’s launch line-up was seemingly revealed. It is said to feature a sports game, a racing title and an animal-based game, among others.

Premium titles featured in Microsoft’s first party launch line-up such as Kinect Sports will retail for £29.99 (about €37 / $44, based on current exchange rates), we were told.

Others might be cheaper, while a family friendly title designed to showcase the device's varied applications will be bundled with Kinect, our source said.

When contacted about this report Microsoft told us that it does not comment on rumour or speculation.

They are priced about 30 dollars to high for my taste.

Ouch, well I can't say I disagree, but really how much Kinect going to cost us. 

thank god, i can't pay $60 for a XBLA kind of game.

i hope so because im not paying 60$ for kinectimals lol
