Friend of mine found this.

15sec in you'll see my friend and I standing on the line for the signing infront of Uniqlo. (think you can spot me?)

(PS: the forums is a little confusing, I posted in the wrong section by accident!!)

I am fascinated by the ethnical mix-up of America. Did you notice there were almost no Germanic/Anglo-Saxon looking people in that huge line of young gamers? How come??

It's like watching footage from a street in Argentina, Spain or Israel.

Dude, there are ton of german-looking pepole in Israel, remember were lots of us Israelis came from :P

Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.

Oh ur from Israel. Cool.

Yeah I know some ashkenazis are blonde and stuff. But that makes it even more strange, to see that line in NY where everyone looks like they are from Middle East, South America or Asia.

Maybe this represents Sony fans though and it would be a blonder line if it was Xbox fans?

Excuse me if I will sound somewhat of an a......hole, but are you truly that ignorant? Especially in the part of "in NY where EVERYONE looks like they are from Middle East, South America or Asia." In Times Square you see a bit of everything, especially whites, etc. In NY everything is also relevant to neighborhood. In Sunnyside (queens) from 45th street from 50th ave to about 46th ave, down to 35th street or so, you mainly see Greeks and Italians. Bordering 50th street between Woodside and Sunnyside meeting, past the BQE (brooklyn queens expressway), you see mainly eastern europeans and such (some romanians and several families from the balkans).  Up Woodside near 60th street near Roosevelt area going towards northern blvd direction is mainly irish (mind you I only mentioned 2 neighborhoods). Look at Whitestone, mainly Italian, while College Point is also lots of Italians but it's more mixed. East Elmhurst is mainly white (although it's been a little more mixed as of late but a bit upperscale families). Now Astoria is mainly Greek, Italian, Croatian, (some other european types but mainly those 3). Now Manhattan is also fairly diverse, with lots of whites living in uptown (with exception of Harlem of course). At Soho it's somewhat mixed but also lots of northern europeans live there (also lots of gay fashion types) and overall trendy neighborhood, etc.

All in all you have a completely failed misconception of what NY really is and I am easily able to prove you wrong through only 2 boroughs. Hell Staten Island alone would prove your ignorance. But anyways, I guess you been watching too much New Jack City, or Carlitos Way. Or perhaps you just got to see the Pacino and Reeves scene of The Devil's Advocate at the train, but ommited everything else. Anyways, cheers.

Make games, not war (that goes for ridiculous fanboys)

I may be the next Maelstorm or not, you be the judge http://videogamesgrow.blogspot.com/  hopefully I can be more of an asset than a fanboy to VGC hehe.

I said "that line in NY where everyone looks like they are from Middle East, South America or Asia." I didnt say that NY looked like that. I refered to the line of people waiting for a Kojima autograph. I also asked why there were almost no anglo-saxon/germanic looking people in that line.

New York is the most populous city in the United States, and the center of the New York metropolitan area, which is one of the most populous metropolitan areas in the world. It is the capital of the world. Manhattan alone has over 9 million people living there from all over the world, and this line you see is just a small fraction.
