I'm pretty much expecting this to happen. It makes sense to release a smaller and cheaper model, especially with Natal about to be released.

and the making of SLIM version't just lower costs but hardware boost and revitalise the console

You can buy a usb wireless N adapter for £6 retail, so think how little it costs to actually make.

Not quite as it would still miss BD. Still, close enough for most people. And definitely cheaper without Natal, and not more expensive with Natal either.
Sounds like a good deal, MS wont have to drop the price much either to stay competitive especially in Europe.
