I don't see why it's "poor Kaka"...in fact, it's perfect for him, he missses a non important match and he reaches round of 16 cleared of bookings. If I was him, I would've seeked that red card (the system is seriously flawed).

I say poor him because on principal, he should not have been sent off, not to mention the manager could have rested him for the last match and unless the rules have changed, the slate would have been wiped clean for the knockout stages.

Well, the rules HAVE been changed, bookings wipe clean after QF, not knockout stages, that's why I'm saying he should be thankful he was sent off. That way, he won't miss the crucial match in QF against Holland if he's booked against Spain/Swiss/Chile

YAY, Brazil... great game! Too bad Luis Fabiano's goal was illegal, because it was fantastic. If not by his hands it would certainly be the greatest goal of this world cup, since I can't imagine anything more difficult than two "sombreros" like that. Onward to the the big "hexa"(6), Brazil! Finally that world cup got me good, first round was a pain!

BTW, that red card was a bless for Kaká, he'll be "clean" against Spain 2 rounds from now. But the referee was pretty weak nonetheless.
