I don't see why it's "poor Kaka"...in fact, it's perfect for him, he missses a non important match and he reaches round of 16 cleared of bookings. If I was him, I would've seeked that red card (the system is seriously flawed).
Count another referee out...seems like the French in this WC just can't do anything right
