PS3:
Like: The media server/streaming capabilities (enough people mentioned games already :P ), Dislike: its incredible ability to draw more dust in one hour than the PS2 does in a few days.
DS:
Like: The games, Dislike: sometimes it's uncomfortable to hold

I always thought the 360 was kinda "meh". I didn't really care one way or the other.
