But of course, I'm glad we've come to this conclusion. You're starting to show some progress Windbane, I'm proud of you.

| BornFirst. said: Hi Guys i am New here. Wow this a long thread topic. I think that the Wii remote, can with time be molded to fit every genre out there, it just takes a smart developer to bring out the potential. All I know is, after playing Wii sports, i don't think i will be interested in playing tennis, bowling, or golf games with a regular controller again. And after playing RE4, i am kinda upset RE5 won't be coming to the Wii, awsome games awesome controlls. Thats what is great about the Wii remote, its a disruptor, slowly it disrupts each genre, it gets into. It took a few tries to get fps right, but it seems its there, and now its trying to get the hack and slash right (soul calibre legends,Devil kings etc...), there is no reason it can't disrupt the fighting genre like i stated above, it just needs that creative director. In regards to graphics, as beuatifull as the PS3, and 360 graphics are, i think the Wii has enough power to display beuatifull graphics. Multiplatform is the way to go, you get the best of all worlds. Current owner of a Wii, PS2, DS PSP and soon to be a PS3. |
Welcome to the forum. I like your console choices, heh.
I'd be very curious about a fighting game that could be pulled off well with the wiimote/nunchuck, but that has yet to be shown.

Arrogant, belittling, sarcastic, and condescending. Great combination. I hope you can branch out and enjoy developers other than Nintendo one day and progress yourself.
Oops, did I take a step back? My bad.

Sigh, why all the aggression, can't you just enjoy your console of choice and let others enjoy theirs? You really should try and get along better with the other children. I still have faith in you becoming a redeeming member of this forum someday too.
Hi Winbane, thanks for ur reply. Not that it would definately happen, but i think with some creativeness a rather cool fighting game could be made, A lot of Developers are still developing games in the way the developed for the classic controllers, i think if they can just step back and change thier approach, a kinda less is more approach, they can build up on that and can create somthing cool, who knows!

Would be nice to see. It would certainly prove me wrong, heh.

Welcome to the VGChartz.
I think it can be done. But so far me... for fighters...joystick and 4 to 6 buttons work the best.

I do enjoy my games. Lucky for me, I don't just enjoy Nintendo's games like you seem to limit yourself to. You should also stop limiting yourself to attacking others in an attempt to somehow prove a point. I merely summed up the night of conversation with you. I'm not proud of you. You're just like gballazack, whom I'm sure you've heard about. Good night, and may all consoles and the entire videogame industry prosper.

Limit myself? I guess all the non Nintendo developed games for the Wii I want don't count then eh? Or all the non Nintendo games I own for the DS count as limiting myself. My good boy, I partake of a great deal of diversity, I see no problem in staking my claim on a company I can rely on.
