When I was little I used to think that lol was a shorthand for "wow" since the l and o are so close on the keyboard.

lol i always say "lol" in probably everything when i'm chatting on Facebook chat or AIM.

It's just so addicting lmfao.

I never use it but what is worse than seeing it in every second posts is when people actually use it while speaking.

Well I guess it is because people have a good sense of humour xD
