Wow, I got my PS3 for a steal.  Sony and SE must be worse off than I thought.  I mean they are charging $5 mil for a FF13 PS3 bundle according to this lawsuit.  Damn. 

Seriously though, these lawsuits are stupid.  What's sad is no matter how stupid the lawsuit, companies have to waste resources fighting them.  They really need to change laws so that if your lawsuit is deemed frivolous, you have to pay the companies' court expenses.  That would get rid of the dumb lawsuits.

Also, he claims it happened when he tried to save.  Did he ever think that maybe his HDD failed/malfunctioned?  Maybe he should be suing the company that makes those.

This is a class-action lawsuit meaning there are many people involved in this.....they all get a cut from the 5 million , if they win that is.

They're still going to lose for being idiots. They were unfortunate. But they aren't going to get 5Million.

They know they arent going to get the 5 million...they just aim really high so that sony or square can bargain with them behind closed doors for a lower cost to keep their mouths shut because it could possibly tarnish the companies if media goes full blown on this....
