Since the screen is far smaller it may appear to have HD level visuals while having far less power than the PS360.

it won't be more than $250 for sure cause its Nintendo

also it could be that they not completelety drop DS but offer 3D version of all the games with 3DS

Highly unlikely unless:

a) Nintendo has gone against its long tradition of valueing long battery life

b) There's been a break in handheld battery technology that can handle power hungry processors like those that would be needed to bring out close to PS3/360 1st generation graphics this year.

Err...ill be shocked if this is more powerful than Gamecube.

Reasons: Nintendo history of making profit on hardware,  small screen resolution,  portable market and games nintendo makes, battery life

Also, Zune HD uses the Tegra chip and that is stated to be as powerful or slightly more powerful than PSP...so PS2 level.
