Okay, I'm willing to let the debate of characters go as your (awful) opinion, but now you are trying to claim that Uematsu is a bad composer. That's just ridiculous. Also, you think One Winged Angel is his best song? You have no knowledge of FF music at all. Have you ever played FF games? |
What are you on tonight? It's like you're paying attention maybe halfway and then argue from that point on. I never said Uematsu was a bad composer, I even mentioned some of the soundtracks he did that I liked. This is exactly what I said: "Uematsu had maybe 3 or 4 good FF soundtracks (FF6 and 9 included) and the rest were mediocre. Worse offenders probably being FF7, seriously, people keep orgasming over One Winged Angel..." Obviously I don't think One Winged Angel is one of his best songs if I'm listing FF7 as one of his worst offenders. This is almost as far out in left field as when I said I liked the improvements Abyss made to Symphonia's battle system and you started bashing Luke. No one said anything about Luke. It's like you were saying that the Symphonia cast being sub-par is okay because Luke is a mean bastard. I'm sorry, what? And how the hell did we get on Uematsu anyway? What in the world does he have to do with Tales? All I know is that this argument is confusing and I want to play Tales of Innocence. |
I got on Luke because you were defending Tales of the Abyss as an improvement on Symphonia. We got on Uematsu because you said ToP soundtrack was better than Uematsu's music. Anyway, you have your opinions about the Tales series and I have mine. It's clear we will not agree on much in this instance, but if you didn't like ToS you may be disappointed with Tales of Innocence because its definitely taking a lot of its style from ToS, and for good reason. ToS is the most successful Tales game from a sales standpoint.
