Hi guys, just a quick question.

I have a friend who wants to buy a 360 for her BF and I haven't really looked at 360's for a while and am not sure what has changed with the SKU's, pack in  games etc.

He is primarly interested in playing FIFA (online), has a HDTV and I don't know much else besides.  Which 360 SKU would you recommend and why? I'm not interested in people telling me he should buy a PS3 instead or the like and I'm not taking into consideration his other gaming preferences.  This is just regarding which 360 SKU might best suit his needs.

BTW I'm living in Australia if that makes any difference with regards to pack in games, availability, price etc.

Arcade is the best option if hes interesting in one game, just make sure to buy a memory stick, for save games and HDD installs of course.

it always starts with Madden or FIFA... the Arcade is the way to go for sure... if he wants the system to be quite a USB stick is recommended

If he's just interested in playing basic disc based games and is looking at the most economical solution; Arcade and pick up a compatible USB memory stick on sale.

I would still let him know that in about two weeks, there will be announcements regarding new SKUs from MS.

I'd hate for him to buy that Arcade and then find out less than two weeks later that a better package was incoming.

What size USB would you need?

16GB is the max the Xbox will recognize. It can address 2 16GB flash drives.

I would seriously wait 2 weeks ...

srsly don't ghet xbox. I would just buy two WIIs, a xbox arcade, and then a McGrille sandwich before buying an xbox.
