Looks similar to KOS-MOS' Ep II outfit. But it's not exactly the same.

I doubt it's actually her though. It might be similar to in Xenosaga where there's a character called Abel who looks like Fei from Xenogears.

Well Fei is supposed to be one of many reincarnations of Abel, is he not?

Abel was the sole survivor on the Eldridge crash.

No.

Abel is......

MAJOR Xenosaga: Episode 3 Spoilers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Human Incarnation of U-DO

Well, I am referring to Perfect Works.

Abel was the sole survivor of the Eldridge and the first to make contact with the Wave Existance.

By the way, I haven't played beyond Ep 1 since I hated Ep 2, but how long is XS3 based before XG? It ends before the Eldridge crash doesn't it? Of course though right, since they can't really liked them together like that.

Abel was supposed to make contact after the crash.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

New details on the commercial:

- woman in the commercial is JPOP group AKB48 member Mayu Watanabe
- Watanabe will appear in more commercials for the game
- the name of this spot is "Body of a Machine"
- the song featured is the Xenoblade end theme song
- Watanabe's line in the commercial translates roughly into "I want you to use this body as much as you want."
- Nintendo says that phrase has great significance in the game

Xenoblade sex scene confirmed? :P

YES PLEASE!

And to the guy that asked - Xenosaga and Xenogears are actually not connected, storywise, however, Xenosaga borrows a lot of themes and pays a lot of homages to Xenogears, and XS3 is amazing.

Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.

@ Euphoria14

There is no connection between Xenosaga & Xenogears. That is what Takahashi said.

wow, i really wanna watch & not watch at the same time! ... "you know who" - lol

not gonna watch as I'm already gonna get it anyway, no reason to spoil anything, ESPECIALLY in an RPG, with all the spoilers these days, though i suppose it doesn't really matter THAT much unless it's a story heavy game

And I was right.

It's not really that much of a spoiler though. Maybe it's a spoiler to those who played Xenosaga, but then again there were connections from Xenogears to Xenosaga so a connection from Xenosaga to Xenoblade isn't that much of a surprise since the characters aren't supposed to be the same really besides design wise I guess...

yeah thanks i just watched it

nothing special at all in the commercial (i didn't play Xenosaga), nice song though

cool avatar btw! i love the Last Story's character designs, tLS FTW! :p

I'm not sure, but possibly they added such a reference to Xenosaga in the aim of attracting attention and therefore possible sales from Xenosaga fans who haven't purchased a Wii yet.

It's unlikely, but I know 3 people who will almost certainly buy this game due to the reference to Xenosaga.
