I use Java at work written with Eclipse. For my database codin' I use Toad.
At home I prefer .NET (ASP, VB, C#) as it is a lot more user friendly. Only real draw back is that it is not platform independent. In fact if it were I would predict the downfall of Java. Hell, the one thing MS has done right is C# in Visual Studio. Its really a great product. |
+1 I've never been a big supporter of Microsoft, but C# really is a great language. |
another one here :), i also use java@eclipse and for bd plsql at work. Also c#@visual in my personal proyects.
i dont use notepad anymore but i learned java in it, and is probably the best way to learn how to write code.
