But independent of that, I find it odd that a game that can be easily done on the wii is not ported over. WTH capcom?!?! Did anyone not tell them which console has the most number consumers out there?

Or Monster Hunter Tri. 360 owners could complain about no Basara 3, Wii owners could again say no RE5 and so on.

Have you looked at the sales of Capcom vs Tatsunoko? (about 260K) Its so small compared to sales of SF4 for PS3 or 360 (each over 1.4M).  Just because Wii has the larger fanbase doesnt mean it'll sell better. (If thats the case then all games should be made for Wii from now on)  It goes to show that when it comes to fighting games HD console is where its at.

I wouldnt be surprised for MvC2 on PSN and XBL sold more than Capcom vs Tatsunoko.

In the end, if you want a certain game, you'll just have to buy the console that has it.  Nobody can just hope every single game they really want will be on a single system.

The problem with this gen is that every console wants EVERY game [except for core series such as mario, zelda, God of War, Halo]. Not every game will be on every platform!

The userbase is big, the but the sales of third party software... not so much.
