Interesting, particularly given Criterion were very PS3-keen around Burnout Paradise time.

PS3-keen?

they're the first people to use Natal on their games (third party i mean), why do you think they're PS3 biased?

PS3 biased?  They chose the PS3 as the lead console for Burnout Paradise.  You're trying to make them into something they're not in an attempt to spin their comments.

huh? what are they not ? and what exactly am i trying to spin ? jesus.

the funny thing is how people think microsoft(the biggest software company in the world) would invest so much in something if they didn't think it would be worth it :/

I'm feeling a sensation, right now, myslef...

Well they invested lots of money in Xbox 1, Windows Vista and Zune, and none of those was worth any money at all ultimately.

Thats not true thats impossible.

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

They are developing for Natal, no? Then why the sudden "wow" after developing for it for quite a while now?

And it would be rather weird if they went "it sucks" when they're trying to profit on Natal themselves?

You obviously never had an xbox 1 have you?  I have and I can assure you it had plenty of "worth".  It was my 4th or 5th favorite console of all time.  I just didn't care for the gamepad.

Without Xbox 1, there would be no Xbox 360. Without Vista there wouldn't be Windows 7. Without Zune there would be no... um... uh... hmm... Zune marketplace? Ok, you've got that one.

Point is, Microsoft knows that there are often failures, but you can't say that something wasn't worthwhile just because it technically lost money. If it's a step in evolution that moves us toward something great that IS profitable, it can be worthwhile.

Xbox1 begat Xbox360, Vista begat Windows 7, and Zune begat Zune HD and is an uncle to Windows 7 phone. All were worth the money MS invested.

Edit: Damnit Jereel! You beat me to it.
