Well they invested lots of money in Xbox 1, Windows Vista and Zune, and none of those was worth any money at all ultimately.

You obviously never had an xbox 1 have you?  I have and I can assure you it had plenty of "worth".  It was my 4th or 5th favorite console of all time.  I just didn't care for the gamepad.
