It seems you can change not only your location, but also the time of day at that location. Gone is waiting for specific things to happen at a specific time.

Also, the amount of customizable gear seems to rival that of monster hunter or any gear oriented game.

It looks like what FF: Crystal Bearers should have been.
What am I saying? Scratch that.
I'm pretty confident this game is coming out soon in Japan and I am really confident it will come out in the West soon enough too.

Cool. One of the few RPG's I'm interested in. Looks pretty sweet too, for a Wii game. I like the gargantuan wide-open environments, and looks like there'll be towns, too! The music's great, as well.

The video did not look sharp -- but I think that was transmission more than the game graphics.
But the gameplay looked great.

Let's hope this makes it across the Pacific.
