Ah a sad day indeed. Can't say I was a huge fan of Slipknot (although did like the lead singer's other band, Stone Sour) but they had quite a fanbase and made some good songs. Although some might not agree, there were definitely important in the genre of nu-metal. And this man was one of the original members of the band.

I guess it's perspective. To me a founding member of Slipknot (who I think are a very under rated band) dying is fairly big news.
I can't say I am sorry. Metalcore and screamo makes me vomit.

Slipknot wasn't either of those they were NU-metal.(which I personally do not like)

BTW: I hated Slip Knot. They are an emo metal aka death metal. Listening to their music will give you a head ache.
