Not every big release has day one dlc planned, and at least most of the stupid preorder bonuses seem to be superficial stuff like a costume.  But yes, I hate it when content is withheld just so they can tack on extra charges.  There's a reason Namco earned the name Scamco.

Really like this. I have the Alan Wake one and it just looks so nice. I will definately get this.
M$ seem to get alot of good LE games for AAA titles on 360. Makes it feel special. :)

I also own the Legendary Edition of Halo 3 and Collectors of Halo Wars. I also plan on Halo Reach Legendary to. My collection is looking good.

It's not the timing that is my issue, just what gives the LE its value.  I mean would you consider it a good deal if it was just the cards and coin for $20 extra?  I just think this is the worst trend to come from this generation.  Instead of getting the full game day one, you are nickel and dimed for extra content that should have been in there from the start.  I don't have a problem with all DLC.  Something like the GTA episodes are fine by me, but if it is planned at or near release then it should have been on the disc or at least a free update if their excuse is it would have delayed the release.
