Oh, I can see now. That definitely took 8 hours to make. I wonder how it tastes ...

 Not that great actually, the stuff they use has to be edible, but it doesn't taste that great since it is mostly different forms of sugar...way to sweet for my taste.

Islam The World desperately needs reform. And with today's global society, I think it will get it fast slowly and painfully. A lot of confrontations along the way, though.

FYP =)

 Sure, the whole world needs reform, but I'd argue that Christianity already had it's share of reform and that Islam is a couple of hundred years behind.

As for your other changes, with "fast", I mean this century. And I really have hope that the internet and other new forms of communication will speed up the process. Maybe I'm naive, but I feel that goes for China as well.

@Sqrl

Can you explain your picture please?

I don`t mind religion having a special seat next to politics, as long as it doesn`t abuse it`s seat. There are many countries in the world that even have more than one official religion and if they can live like that, countries where laws are made based on a single religion have something to learn. Religion should be "used" to exlpore and improve the good side of mankind with love and mutual respect.

This is not the way. This is just intolerance and pure hatred. Sometimes i think that religion only mattered at first and now it`s just about power.

No matter how extreme 140 lashes for such a crime is, (it is 140 from what i heard on BBC i think), it is the law of that country and she broke it. Now we might not agree with it but i am sure that no matter what country we are from foreigners most likely don't agree with some of our laws as well. She chose to go to that country and as such should have been aware of the laws. Before i came to the U.S. i familiarized myself with some of its more peculiar laws and its consequences. For example Most of not all European countries do not have the death penalty for murder while the U.S. does. We see that as extreme but it is the law of the land and even if said law is thought to be wrong it nonetheless is the law and should not be broken if you do not want the consequences.

Yeah there are plenty of F'd up American laws. Death Penalty and the lax laws on guns come to mind. Then there's that whole patriot act which stripped everyone of their rights. The U.S. is being run by dictatorship which is just as bad as these middle eastern countries and the people are so naive they don't even realize it.

America! Get back out of the Middle Ages, the 2000's are calling for you! ;)

If there is a state of emergency called at the end of Bush's term...  Ugh...

Prepare for termination! It is the only logical thing to do, for I am only loyal to Megatron.

Studies say otherwise. It's not that simple.

So why is burning a American flag in the US illegal and leads to punishment?

Please explain before you trash the Sudan laws.

Too funny. When was religion not about power? Care to explain?

all the good old memories come to mind with the popes being the most powerful beings in Europe and kings begging in front of them. Learn history.
