On May 20th, over 100,000 people will draw sketches of Muhammad, mostly for humor. I honestly have no problem with this though it is kinda offesnive to Muslims. How do you feel about this event?

I think it's perfectly fine. I wont participate because I don't bother with religion in any capacity unless I have to.

The main reason this has become big is the South Park episode where they depict Muhammad as a Teddy Bear and a stick figure, and a Muslim community made a death threat to the makers of the show. I guess people are fed up with high number of Islam extremists. I have no issue against Islam, but extremists are just annoying.

it will provoke the more extreme muslims but this might be a good step towards mutual understanding by both sides of this issue
