The Arcade model is cheaper but the Elite is the same price, except for the 250gb PS3 slim that is $50 higher.  I'm just wondering if gamers are waiting for a 360 Slim/Natal Bundle possibly.  I don't know but I think, if I recall correctly, that the PS3 sales slowed because of the Slim rumor and then annoucement.

PS3 sales slowed down after the Slim was officially announced and advertised. The 360 slim as of now is a rumour that the general public have no clue exist's. Us forum goer's have heard the rumour, some guy's over Live may have heard the rumour, but everyone else is ignorant of any future Slim release until it's announced and advertised. The 360's just losing momentum in a slow part of the year, the consoles been out for a while and I'm sure Microsoft will boost the hardware back up in the second half of the year with a slim model, price cut, Natal etc.



Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.

360 is much cheaper than ps3.

but imo, i think we may see reversal of what happened last year with ps3 price cut, u will see 360 jump ahead again in weekly sales.

I'm not surprised at the Anti-360 camp here...I mean...who else would drive Sony to make great games and do all they can to sway the folks......Hmmm....yeah....

360...Will not be under 80K...Thats just being fanboy to think differnt..

I guess I'm the few few here that actully own every system and enjoy the many many steller games on em...

In Others it sold about 57k

In the U.S. it´ll probably be around 45k/50k

In Japan it´ll probably be around 25k

Where did you come up with 80-90k for the PS3?

they pulled them right from 2007

they can dream on it will be anoth 120k+ week and 360 is going down

Yeah i'm not a huge M$ fan either, and i dont think natal and move will be that successful. but a 360 slim could change things, 360 still has some good exclusives.

360 is cheaper in Europe and that doesn't not even include the arcade bundle. Furthermore, the bundles give you two games and still the sales are falling. Natal better do something because if it is 200 dollars as suggested it will flop. I don't think the slim can come soon enough because Microsoft has to be saying oh shit our first year lead is fading fast.
