The amazing thing is it could just be doable. This game is getting hype levels I couldn't have predicted a week ago.

Although if it does end up selling huge it may unfortunately mean Take2 don't address the pore mis-mangement of the game... seems to be a trend with all the delays and stuff coming out from them at the moment (L.A.Noire, Max Payne 3, Mafia II etc).

I agree. Remedy has no part in it, and they are not re-signing the original voice actor of Max Payne. I will buy Max Payne 3 the day it sees light, but will probably go the used route if it has no multiplayer and gets poor reviews. They should have at the very least kept the same voice actor.
