The amazing thing is it could just be doable. This game is getting hype levels I couldn't have predicted a week ago.
Although if it does end up selling huge it may unfortunately mean Take2 don't address the pore mis-mangement of the game... seems to be a trend with all the delays and stuff coming out from them at the moment (L.A.Noire, Max Payne 3, Mafia II etc).
